Happy Hump Day! Today we have a new challenge and Carol Fox is our hostess this week, here is what she has challenged you and the team with:
"It's my turn to set the theme this week for the Stampotique Designer's Challenge. I love to use my rubber stamps for my backgrounds, so this week you are challenged to use your stamps for your backgrounds, as well as your main focal image.
What I love about using your stamps in this way is that you can get a truly original background as even you will never be able to get the same one again."
Please remember you can use any stamps now for our challenge, but only one entry per person. We will draw 2 random winners on the first week of our challenge in November from all those who played in the October challenges.
Please link DIRECTLY to your creation, not to your blog and include the challenge # behind your name (any not linking directly to your creation will be deleted and not eligible for prize). We ask that if you have comment verification turned on, that you would consider turning this on and doing comment moderation instead. Please use Inlinkz at top of blog to link up your challenge showing us how you "Created your own Background".
**Change to Stampotique submission rules: You will now have until the first challenge of the following month to submit your entries-we will only have one Inlinkz per month (at top of blog); so today marks the start of the challenges for October and it will run through the close of our last challenge for October on November 6, 2012 at noon ET**
*************************************************
Please make sure to link at the top of the blog using inlinkz directly to your creation.
Thanks for playing along with us this week, we'll be posting Jo's favorites from the Scrap-it challenge at a later date. Thanks for your patience.
Love the design teams' take on the challenge, such a lovely array of bright colours. That is one thing I really like about Stampotique stamps, they do quite often make you thing "bright". Thank you ladies for doing such lovely work for my theme.

Thank you for the "create your own background" challenge. I am old school so I don't know all these inked backgrounds so I had to do the best I could with the supplies I am comfortable with. Always great DT samples~
