SDC262: One Layer Card

Great alterations last week (favorites are now at bottom of post)!!

We are going from one extreme to the next and Gez is our hostess this week:

One layer cards have always fascinated me, especially when masks etc are involved!
I'm more of a many layers sort of crafter and find these an easier option!
So this week, we want to see your talents shine making a one layer only card!

Polly's Favorites for the Alter It Challenge:

The overall feel is so feminine as well as all the lovely embellishments

The uniqueness of using a game piece is wonderful

I just love everything about it!

Congratulations to the top 3 favorites!

    1. They may look layered but that's due to the stamping & coloring. One layer means only using one piece of cardstock for your base.

  8. Oh wow, you guys have made some lovely projects. I used to love making cards and haven't for ages (yep, truly guilty of being a crafter who has bought cards lately, eek!)

You've inspired me to have another go though and if I have time I'll be back to join the challenge.

  11. Saw some of your stamps recently at the LSS. I think they are growing on me. I will have to go back and see if they have the new ones in stock. Thanks for the one layer challenge. When time permits I am going to do some more experimenting on this type of card....lololo
