April Guest Designer: Heidi Downey

 

We are very excited to announce our April Guest Designer, Heidi Downey.  We asked Heidi to share a little about herself and hope you will welcome her to the team.  She will start sharing her creations next week with us.

 

My name is Heidi Downey and I live in Canada.  I am a mother of two young boys plus I work full-time in the military, so whenever I get spare time I am usually in my craft area!  I started scrapbooking about 7 years ago, after the birth of my first son.  I spent years coveting my friends stamps and making sure they knew I was NOT a cardmaker.  I finally caved in and bought some Christmas stamps about 3 years ago in order to make a few Christmas cards and the rest, as they say, is history.  I love my distress inks, glitter and have a huge stash of patterned paper that I really need to start cutting into LOL....

 

I am so happy to be the Guest DT this month and being able to share some of my work with you.
