Our guest designer for the month of October is the very talented Kate Crane, Kate started designing stamps for Stampotique back in February of this year, you can see them HERE

Kate lives in the north of England with her husband, two children, several small animals and a dog! In real life she is a school teacher, but in her free time she loves to play with paint, inks, rubber stamps and anything else she can get her hands on! She has been creative all of her life but a passing interest in cardmaking and scrapbooking led her into mixed media art and eventually art journaling. She has been on several design teams, including Stampotique (USA) and Dylusions for Ranger, and now has her own range of stamps for Stampotique Originals. She has contributed to Craft Stamper magazine (UK) and has also been published in several Stampington magazines including Somerset Art Journaling, Artful Blogging, Somerset Studio, Stampers Sampler, and Somerset Apprentice. Kate has made six DVDs on the subject of Art Journaling which were published by Traplet (UK) but have sold internationally. She has a passion for teaching and sharing her ideas and techniques, and holds regular classes in various locations. She also teaches on-line classes. She also loves social networking and blogging, and sees this as a great way to inspire and to be inspired. She describes her style as colourful, quirky, honest and a little off the wall!

SDC October Challenge Links

PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE LINKING

Please remember you can use ANY stamps now for our challenge, but only one entry per person.  We will draw 2 random winners on the first week of our challenge in November from all those who played in the October challenges.

If you do not have a blog to link up to, please feel free to join our Stampotique page on Facebook here.  We have a photo album on there called SDC Challenge Photos that you can upload your photo there and then link it here. There is a File on our Facebook group that explains how to link your photo to our challenge on this site.  You will not be eligible if you do not link up to our challenge site.

We are no longer accepting creations using digi stamps.  These will be deleted, we appreciate those that play with us each week and we welcome those using rubber or clear stamps.

Please link DIRECTLY to your creation, not to your blog.  You MUST  include the challenge # (which can be found at the Stampotique Designer's Challenge blog) behind your name (any not linking directly to your creation AND having the challenge # will be deleted and not eligible for prize).   For example if I'm entering it would look like this-
MYNAME-SDC73
(or whichever challenge # it is) .

We ask that if you have comment verification turned on, that you would consider turning this off and doing comment moderation instead.

Please use Inlinkz below to link up your challenge.

**Change to Stampotique submission rules:  You will now have until the first challenge of the following month to submit your entries-we will only have one Inlinkz per month; so today marks the start of the challenges for October and it will run through the close of our last challenge for October which will be November 4th, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. EST**

Our Guest Designer for the month of September is the fantastic Anni Lerchi

Hello, I am Anni and I’m from Germany. For 15 years now I´ve lived in the beautiful city Berlin and I am married. I work as a math-teacher at a vocational college; to perform handicraft work is a perfect compensation for that.

Into stamping I am since 2008, I love clean and simple cards, and yet eventually my cards often turn out to be somewhat more complex. I love the soothing of paper piecing and resist techniques. You can see all my projects at www.anikarten.blogspot.com
