SDC176: Anything Goes, Week 5

Today marks the final day of 2014 and along with saying farewell to the year, we have decided to say farewell to the Stampotique Designer's Blog.

The presence on the Stampotique Designer's Challenge blog and our Facebook page has increased over the past year and we are looking forward to combining the two teams into one and focusing on the challenge blog.

We want to thank our design team for the past year on the Stampotique Designer's Blog and while most of them will be moving over to join the Designer's Challenge, we will be bidding farewell to Roc and Sarah.

We also want to take a few minutes to thank the wonderful design team for 2014-we've enjoyed the bond that has been formed and the creations that have been shared. We have a couple of our design team members bidding us farewell at the end of this term and want to say Thank You to the for sharing their creations week after week. Roc Nicholas, Kay Wallace and Sarah Anderson will be missed on our team but we'll look forward to continuing to follow them and their adventures.

SDC175: In the Words of Edgar Allan Poe

Kay is our hostess this week and she has a fun challenge for us this week:

My challenge this week is a simple one, but requires a bit of research on your part. Just as many of the Stampotique Originals' artists design stamps that might be described as a bit "quirky," so, too, was Edgar Allan Poe a bit quirky. He is a well known author and poet, living from 1809-1849. His quotes range from the romantic to the melancholy, and from the thoughtful to the murderous! The choice is yours. Allow yourself some time this week to combine a quote from Edgar Allan Poe with one or more stamped images to create something unique!
